Dilution is mandatory for skin application

Essential oils are highly concentrated plant extracts and must always be diluted in a carrier oil before applying to skin. Never apply undiluted (neat) essential oil directly to skin — this can cause irritation, sensitisation, or chemical burns.

Standard dilution ratio: 2–3% = approximately 12–15 drops of essential oil per 30ml (6 teaspoons) of carrier oil.

Suitable carrier oils: coconut oil, sesame oil, almond oil, jojoba oil.

For diffuser use

Add 2–4 drops in a standard electric diffuser with 100–200ml water. Run for 30–60 minutes maximum per session. Ventilate the room between sessions.
