Sugar, Cocoa butter, Milk solids, Cocoa
solids, Emulsifier: Soy lecithin (INS-322), Polyglycerol & Polyricinoleate
(INS-476).

Note:

Once received, the chocolate
package should be refrigerated for 20 to 30 minutes before opening the package.

We suggest you store our
chocolate in cool and dry places within 16 to 20 degrees Celsius to preserve
the best aroma and taste of the chocolate.

During transit/shipment, there
is a chance of a temperature mismatch, due to which there might be a colour
variation and an additional white layer on chocolates.

It is only due to temperature
variation and does not indicate that the product is spoilt.

All the products are made in
factory that uses Nuts, Milk and Soy.

OotyMade.com is not liable for unsuccessful deliveries in the following cases:

1. An incorrect or outdated address is provided.
2. The recipient is unavailable or out of town.
3. You do not provide a new delivery address within 24 hours of the first delivery attempt.

Note: Temperature changes during shipping may cause color variations in the products. This does not mean the product is spoiled; it is merely due to temperature fluctuations.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction with our products is our top priority. If you're unhappy with the quality of our items or received an incorrect product, please reach out to our customer care team within 2 days of receiving your order for help with a replacement or exchange. Be sure to include a detailed explanation and photos showing the issue. Because our chocolates are perishable, claims without proper documentation cannot be processed for replacement or reshipment.

We will either send a new item or replace it with one of equal or greater value. Once your claim is confirmed, we'll ship the replacement or exchange within 5 days. Please note that we reserve the right to limit the number of replacements.
