Yes — our white chocolate is made with genuine cocoa butter, which is what defines real white chocolate. Many commercial brands substitute vegetable fat, which we do not.

White chocolate does not contain cocoa solids (which give dark and milk chocolate their brown colour), but it does contain cocoa butter — the fat extracted from the cocoa bean.
