1. Diffuser / Aroma Lamp

Add 4–7 drops of eucalyptus oil to your water-based diffuser, aroma burner or humidifier. Allow the cool, minty aroma to circulate in the room to refresh the air and support easier breathing.

2. Steam Inhalation

Add 2–4 drops of eucalyptus oil to a bowl of hot water. Cover your head with a towel and inhale the steam for a few minutes with eyes closed. This can help support relief from nasal and sinus congestion.

3. Hair & Scalp (Always Diluted)

Mix 3–5 drops of eucalyptus oil with 2–3 teaspoons of a carrier oil (such as coconut, almond or jojoba oil), or add a few drops to your shampoo. Gently massage onto the scalp, leave for 15–20 minutes and then wash off with a mild shampoo.

4. Massage Oil Blend
