• The gift box will be made as per the design shown. If you miss to enter some details or make some error, you can contact our customer service on email @ support@gmail.com or WhatsApp @ 978 978 4344 with order number. 
• Please provide us the name of the person for printing on box. Upload photo to be printed on the box & chocolates.

• Please fill the details carefully (name, message and photo). Once the order is confirmed these cannot be changed.

Shipping and Delivery:

• We deliver the product in 5-10 days after your order. 
• We do not offer fixed date delivery currently. 
• We have multiple reliable third party courier service and we choose the depending on your pincode.
• We suggest to store the product in normal fridge after receipt.

• We suggest to freeze the box for at least 2 hours before opening

• Packaging - The chocolate box is packed properly in insulated box with ice gel pack so that the chocolate boxes remain intact during transit. We ensure that you receive the chocolate boxes in perfect condition.
